By downloading or using the Reconnect mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the developer of Reconnect.
We grant you a personal, worldwide, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
Reconnect offers a free version supported by advertisements and a "Premium" version accessible via in-app purchases. If you choose to purchase Reconnect Premium (e.g., via a Monthly or Yearly subscription), the following terms apply:
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Account Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, indicating the cost of the renewal.
Cancellation & Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Reconnect is designed with privacy in mind; your contact reminders and journal entries are synced via your private Apple iCloud (CloudKit) account. This ensures your data is backed up and available across your devices. We (the developer) do not have access to this data. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
The free version of the App utilizes Google AdMob to display advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of these third-party ads or the websites they link to.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's reliability, accuracy, or suitability for your specific needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Reconnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
